We’ve received notice that Norfolk County Council has made a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the C396 Market Street, Tunstead, from a point 240 metres south east of its junction with U19114 Wateringpit Lane for a distance of 40 metres south eastwards, because of Network Rail track geometry corrections works.

The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) from 22:00 hours on 18th August 2019 to 06:00 hours on 19th August 2019 for the duration of the works, expected to be 8 hours within the period.

Alternative route is via: Market Street, Tunstead Road, B1150 North Walsham Road/ Church Street/ North Walsham Road/ Station Road/ Church Street/ High Street/ Norwich Road/ North Walsham Road, A1270 Broadland, A1151 Wroxham Road/ Stalham Road, B1354 Horning Road West, Tunstead Road, Market Street (Tunstead/ Rackheath/Beeston St. Andrew/ Crostwick/ Sprowston/ Hoveton/ Coltishall/ Scottow/ Salhouse/ Horstead with Stanninghall/ Wroxham/ Sloley).
